One of our best features is Google's® mapping:
<1> Click on the "Blue House Icon" on the map (green arrow below) to view the property for that location. A pop-up will show for that property.
<2>To view that property, click on "details" or the picture to view the "Property Details Page".
<3> The Search Results are displayed on the map and also in a list below the map.
<4> To Zoom in or out, use the "+" or "-" in the left-hand corner of the map.(green arrow below)
Registered Consumers
- Consumers that have registered on our site to save and view their "Saved Search Criteria," receive automated E-mail notifications of New Listings and "Hosted" Open Houses for properties that meet their Search Criteria.
What's so valuable about the Instant Agent Alert®?
- Our slogan regarding Open Houses is "All Day, Every Day®." Schedule a Private Showing at your convenience.
- When an Agent schedules an Open House they will be going to, that's a "Hosted" open house.
- This means you can contact an Agent and get into see most properties at your convenience, especially if it's vacant.
- Some Agents will pre-qualify consumers so don't be surprised with a few questions before meeting at the home.
- Sometimes the house is occupied and the Agent must cordinate the Private Showing with the owner.
- It is always better to have the owner NOT PRESENT so that you can freely discuss isues with your Agent without being intimidated by fear of offending the owner.

<4> Email recipient gets all 8 of your favorites
If you Register, you can "Save Search Criteria":
<1> Save Search Criteria by different names, (e.g. Prices or Locations)
<2> View those saved Searches upon returning to visit the Web Site.
Any new listings will be added. This is not saving the actual homes, like in Saved Favorites, it's saving the criteria so as new homes come available, or others sell, the Saved Search Criteria will have different Search result numbers automatically.
<3> You can choose to receive Emails for New Listings and Scheduled Open Houses that meet your Saved Search Criteria.

Registering
We just want basic demographics when you register. We ask for a pet's name so we can send you a password if you forget yours.

- You'll receive not only all of your leads (Listing Agents that are Subscribers are the contact for their properties), but also share in a pool of leads for the properties of Non-Subscribers.
- For example, if there are 100 Subscribers, you will receive every 100th lead for all MLS Listings we display on our web site.
- This is an example of a how Property Details Pages scroll through Subscribers. Each property that's viewed cycles through the next Subscriber in line in the Agent Rotation.
- What are the costs?
- Costs will vary and there will might be Promotion Codes for discounts on some of those costs. The price will be displayed so there is no confusion as to the pricing at the time you sign up.
- How often do I get billed?
- We'll bill you monthly with a credit card set up through our secured HTTPS server.

- Required Fields: Only the Fields with an asterisk "*" must be filled in.
- E-mail Address: Use this e-mail (personal e-mail or corporate) you'll be using for any promotions, announcements, etc.
- Login/MLS ID#: If you don't know your MLS ID# do not proceed further. This is crucial to have and will not
work without it.- State License #: Not required but for security purposes, we may need to refer to that to make sure a Subscriber is a licensed Agent.
- Primary Phone #: This will be displayed by your name. We recommend your Cell Phone. (See example below)
- Cell Number Without Spaces: This is part of the Text Message Address so please use just the numbers like in the example.
- Accept Text Messages: We strongly recommend you receive the Instant Agent Alerts to assure the greatest chance for a favorable result.
- Cell Phone Carrier: Required to complete the text message address to sent the Instant Agent Alerts.
- Agent's Slogan: (Optional) This will show up next to your name.
- Broker Name, Address, City, State, Zip: Just in case your Broker central-bills at some later day, we'll need this.
- Additional Cell Number: (Optional) Not being used yet, but if we need it in the future, we'll have it.
- Agent's Web Site: (Optional) Make sure to put in full path, including "http://". If you have one, this will link right to your web site.
- Broker ID#: Use the number (e.g. 779) for the Broker in the branch office you're in. This determines which Broker Logo is displayed in the top left. (see example above).
- If you want to use a customized logo, or your Broker Logo doesn't show up, please Email us and we'll create one for you. Click here to reaquest Customized Logo or to request Broker Logo
- Promo Code: We're going to implement this at a later date so you probably don't have one now.
Agent Login/Admin
- If you're logged in as an Agent, you have all the features available to the Consumer; Saving Favorites, etc.
- Logging in as an Agent automatically assigns you as your own Agent-4-Me®.
- Use your Agent ID number to login.
Forgot Your Agent Password?
- If you forget your password, try entering your Agent Email and a Password, and follow the directions below.

- The password (example Below) will be sent to your Email. Retrieve that and try again.

- Initial Registration Email Verification
- When you register, you'll get a message to check Email for Email verification.
- This will include an initial password.
- Below is the initial screen you'll see when you login:
- Requesting a change in the location of your property. (Example above)
- We use Google to find the location of the "push-pin" but there are some that are not found or in the wrong place.
- If you have a property like that, Email the information to us and we'll make the change.
- First thing to do is to change that password to something you'll remember through the Agent Profile Screen (Below)
Entering Open Houses in Paragon™?
- In Paragon™, go to Listings, and Maintain Listings.

- Choose the listing you will schedule an open house
- Click on “Open All to see the Open House Input (Line 148)
- Scroll down to line 148 and enter Open Date, Time, End Date and Comments
- Don’t forget to enter Open House Comments
- Don’t forget to save it!
- The next day, anything entered into Paragon™ by 2:30am the night before will show up on 4114OpenHouses.com after 6am and be advertised for FREE for all licensed REALTORS® of the Great Plains REALTOR® MLS System
